Requirements:

-The health and safety of the pets in our care is our number one priority. Knowing the dietary needs, exercise restrictions or required medications for our guests helps us provide the best experience.

Vaccinations and Requirements:

-Vaccinations must be administered at least 48 hours prior to arrival under the guidance of a licensed veterinarian. However, we prefer vaccinations be administered 10-14 days before check-in to ensure maximum efficiency. Written proof is required. You must also show proof of your pet meeting state and local pet boarding vaccination requirements.

  • DPP with Adenovirus (Distemper, Parvovirus & Parainfluenza)*- 1 or 3-yr. vaccine required

  • Bordetella*- Required every 6 months, and at least 48 hours prior to check-in to ensure maximum efficiency and protection against Kennel Cough. Please note that many veterinarians administer this vaccine only by request.

  • Rabies*- 1 or 3-yr. vaccine required

  • Canine Influenza- (for dogs) Not required, but highly recommended to help protect against the Canine Influenza respiratory illness. Consult your veterinarian.

  • Leptospirosis- Not required, but highly recommended to help protect against the Leptospirosis infection. Consult your veterinarian.

-Fleas & Ticks treatment In addition to vaccinations, all pets should be flea and tick free. Overnight and Day Camp guests with signs of fleas and/or ticks will not be permitted to check-in at PetsHotel.

-Guests must be at least 4 months of age to be admitted for boarding or Day Camp.

-We ask you to bring their own food in order to keep their tummy healthy, which we will feed free of charge. We also offer our prefer food brand in house with an additional fee.

Medication Form

This form outlines the medication, vitamins or supplements your pet needs to take during their stay. Call ahead to make sure we accept the medication being administered. We do not administer injections.

All medication must be in its original packaging and clearly labeled with the type of medication and dosage. Over the counter medications can only be accepted when accompanied by a veterinarian’s dosage recommendation.

Payment:

We accept all types of payment, including Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, Checks, Cash, and Card. We require to keep a card on filed, but at the moment of check out you can choose any type of payment. If we receive a bad check or a check that bounces we will charge a $30 fee plus the total amount due to the card we have on file for you.
